Job Summary:

1. **Client Communication**: – Act as the primary point of contact for clients. – Understand and interpret client needs and preferences. – Provide regular updates and manage client expectations. Manage our user friendly web portal to keep clients up to date.

2. **Project Planning**: – Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources. – Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to finalize home designs and specifications. – Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

3. **Budget Management**: – Prepare and manage project budgets. – Track expenses and ensure the project stays within budget. – Approve and monitor invoices and payments to subcontractors and suppliers.

4. **Scheduling and Coordination**: – Create and maintain project schedules. – Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. – Resolve any scheduling conflicts or delays.

5. **Quality Control**: – Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure it meets quality standards. – Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues. – Ensure that the final product meets the client’s expectations and industry standards.

6. **Risk Management**: – Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. – Handle unforeseen issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.

7. **Resource Management**: – Allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. – Ensure that all resources are used efficiently and effectively.

8. **Documentation and Reporting**: – Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, changes, and communications. – Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders.

9. **Compliance and Safety**: – Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and building codes. – Promote and enforce a culture of safety on the construction site.

10. **Project Closeout**: – Oversee the final inspection and punch list completion. – Ensure all project documentation is completed and handed over to the client. – Conduct a final walk-through with the client and ensure their satisfaction with the finished home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
