Responsibility
- Monitoring activities & performance of sales team.
- Maintaining all primary/ secondary sales data & support the sales team with data tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas
- Maintain close liaison and coordination with sales team.
- Analyze data to find out trends, insights and bottlenecks and provide those insights to the management with suggestions.
- Visit market/ field/ farms as and when required.
- Handling sales promotion elements.
- Verifying orders, including customers personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Develop standard MIS and review from time to time.
- Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly sales reports and other relevant reports.
- Handling customer feedback.
- Supervising field force attendance through ERP software and GPS tracking.
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations as well as making decisions based on data analysis.
- Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: masters in any discipline
- Skills: sales administration, sales management, sales support, sales operations, sales acumen, corporate sales
