ChallengeCheck:
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to all company departments, ensuring optimal organization and strict confidentiality of information.
- Provide executive assistance to management, including office administration and appointment scheduling.
- Manage executive calendars and organize appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Welcome clients and visitors and ensure high-quality reception experience.
- Organize reception logistics, including visitor reception, coffee breaks, and meals
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and company functions.
- Ensure proper setup, organization, and maintenance of meeting rooms.
- Manage travel logistics for international trips, including visa assistance, foreign currency requests, hotel bookings, flight tickets, and car rentals.
- Coordinate communication and activities across departments and international locations.
- Create, monitor, and support key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools.
*The candidate should be based in the Oriental Region.
