The Office Administrator position supports staff with administrative tasks. This position helps to ensure smooth running of our offices, will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Experience
Manage incoming calls and correspondence
Generate Quotes and Jobs
Generate and maintain leases
Calculate and generate customer invoices
Ensure efficiency and compliance
Daily update of unit status
Customer Contacts
PM tracking and customer contact
Working as a team to ensure all processes are completed timely
Verify & Voucher POs
Assist where needed with POs
Collecting funds from COD customers
Setting up new customers
Month end verifications and reporting
Written/verbal communication skills
Entering AR/AP invoices
Entering cash receipts
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education

Current valid driver’s license and safe driving record, experience with office equipment, office administrator responsibilities, proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, high school diploma/GED
