Full Job Description
You’re the customer’s eyes, ears, and last line of defense. You’ll play a key role in making sure warranty and service parts flow smoothly through the facility. This role is all about coordination—receiving the right parts, tracking them accurately, and partnering with both the on-site techs and centralized Parts and Warranty teams to keep repairs on schedule and properly documented.
What you’ll do:
Receive and check in warranty and service part
Track part shipments, returns, and core exchanges
Communicate with centralized Parts and Warranty departments for order updates, claims processing, and documentation
Organize and distribute parts to the correct units and service bays
Ensure warranty documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
Maintain organized records for warranty claims, parts usage, and repair history
What’s different about this role:
Cross-functional: Work directly with both on-site techs and remote support teams
Process-focused: You’ll help streamline parts and warranty workflows
Behind-the-scenes impact: Your accuracy and coordination help ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
Experience in RV, automotive, manufacturing, or parts/warranty coordination preferred
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to use digital systems for tracking, communication, and reporting
Team player with great follow-through and attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Ability to pass a background and drug test
Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
