Job Responsibilities

  • Support and improve daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production flow and productivity.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
  • Troubleshoot production issues related to process, machinery, yield, and product quality.
  • Develop, review, and update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Monitor process parameters, cycle time, downtime, and production performance indicators.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and root cause analysis.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and line setup activities.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Participate in CAPA activities and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing process enhancements.
  • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement tools.
  • Knowledge in process documentation, SOP preparation, and root cause analysis.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in semiconductor, precision engineering, packaging, or cleanroom manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, CAPA, and process validation.
  • Exposure to automation or manufacturing equipment improvement projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and manufacturing data analysis.
