Full Job Description
Columbia Hospitality is seeking a Marketing Admin Coordinator to join our team, responsible for coordinating marketing calls, managing invoices, and overseeing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in marketing or a related field, possesses at least one year of relevant experience, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.
THE BRASS TACKS
The Marketing Admin Coordinator will:
Coordinate marketing calls, agendas, and notes.
Process marketing department invoices and expenses.
Organize and maintain marketing files, SOPs, etc.
Facilitate project management platforms and workflows.
Assist with Columbia Hospitality website updates.
Compile marketing reports.
Process collateral requests and orders.
Respond to vendor inquiries.
Serve as the point of contact for general marketing requests.
Manage special projects as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
THE NITTY GRITTY
The Marketing Admin Coordinator will have the following qualifications:
A university degree in marketing or business-related discipline with at least one year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
General knowledge of marketing tools and techniques.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write, proofread, and edit reports, business correspondence, and promotional content.
Effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, managers, clients, guests, and the general public.
Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Solid personal management skills, including time management, planning and organizing, and delivery of results.
Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Effective problem solver – able to make decisions in routine situations.
Competency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Salary range:$23.55 – $26.44
This is a full-time, non-exempt position typically working Monday through Friday.
This is a hybrid position with an in-office requirement on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
