Clement, Fitzpatrick & Kenworthy Incorporated, has been serving clients in the North Bay and surrounding areas for more than 40 years. We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support for our family law team. Tasks include but are not limited to: maintaining calendars; maintaining and organizing case files; as well as assisting with phones, client communications and performing general office tasks.
This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be reliable, punctual, adaptable and be able to receive directions. Experience in an office setting preferred.
The pay range is $23-$25/hour. This is a part-time, temp to hire position. It is in-office, Monday-Friday, 4 hours daily.
