The opportunity

Joining our Marketing and Business Enablement team, you’ll step into a varied role that offers clear development pathways and exposure to how we attract talent, tell stories, and engage our market.

You’ll play an important role supporting our consultants and marketing function, helping improve how we work and how we connect with our people, clients, and community.

This opportunity will suit someone who:

  • Has experience in administration, customer service, or marketing support within a professional environment
  • Enjoys a varied role and takes pride in delivering high-quality work that others can rely on
  • Is comfortable using a range of systems and picks up new tools quickly

We’re recruiting for two similar entry-level roles. Please apply for the one that best reflects your interests, you’ll still be considered across both opportunities.

The role

  • Support the delivery of marketing activity, including job advertising, social media, and website content
  • Provide structured administrative support that improves consultant productivity, including documentation, coordination, and CRM updates
  • Coordinate shared communications and enquiries, ensuring a responsive and professional experience
  • Maintain accurate data across systems and assist with system administration and automation workflows
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the office, helping create an organised, welcoming, and high-functioning environment
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal resources, including training materials and guides, and assist with onboarding new team members

You’re someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is keen to build your skills in a role where you can learn and grow. You have an interest in marketing, content, or communications and are excited by the opportunity to get hands-on experience.

Salary

  • $60k – $65k + Super
