Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Official greeter, first point of contact for visitors.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone and email
Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Filing paperwork, coordination, and management
Special projects and events
Other duties as required
