We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing and Executive Support Specialist to assist in streamlining operations and supporting the executive team. This position requires a

dynamic

individual who excels in CRM management, marketing automation, and executive assistance. The ideal candidate will be adept at improving operational efficiency, supporting

strategic decision-making

, and handling various administrative and operational tasks, allowing executives to focus on high-priority objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· CRM Management:

Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate data flow, segmentation, and engagement tracking. Enhance CRM functionalities for better performance.

· Marketing Automation:

Create and implement automated workflows across systems such as Wrike, Jira, and Hub Spot, ensuring seamless integration and data synchronization.

· Task Management System Oversight:

Manage and monitor task management tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira) to ensure tasks are completed on time and follow the correct workflows.

· Email and Calendar Management:

Organize and prioritize emails, schedule meetings, and ensure the executive’s calendar is efficiently managed.

· Correspondence and

Communication

:

Handle professional

communication

, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to internal and external stakeholders.

· Operations and Marketing Reports:

Generate reports that assist in

data-driven decision-making

, providing insights into operational and marketing activities.

· Personal Assistance:

Provide support with miscellaneous tasks such as arranging coffee, running errands, shopping for client gifts, conducting research, and taking notes during dinner meetings.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, provided the candidate demonstrates strong skills and achievements.

Experience:

Previous experience with CRM platforms, task management systems, and marketing automation is preferred.
