We are looking for a careful and detail-oriented person to join our marketing support team. This role mainly focuses on setting up promotion mechanics in our Xilnex system, such as vouchers, instant rebates, discounts, point redemption, price deduction, bundle deals, and other campaign mechanics.
No prior system experience is required, as training will be provided. However, the candidate must be good with numbers, accurate in data entry, and able to understand promotion logic clearly.
This position works closely with the merchandising, marketing, house brand, event, membership, and app teams to ensure all promotions are correctly set up and tested before launch.
Responsibilities:
- Set up promotion mechanics in the Xilnex system
- Configure vouchers, discounts, rebates, point redemption, and bundle promotions
- Check promotion calculations and final selling prices
- Test promotion scenarios before launch
- Ensure promotion dates, items, conditions, and discount rules are accurate
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, membership, app, and event teams
- Maintain proper promotion setup records
Requirements:
- No experience required; training will be provided
- Good calculation skills
- Careful and precise with numbers
- Strong attention to detail
- Logical thinking and able to understand promotion conditions
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
- Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Accounting, finance, data entry, retail admin, or merchandising admin background is an advantage
- Suitable for candidates who enjoy working with numbers, systems, details, and structured promotion rules.
