MARKETING COORDINATOR / ADMIN ASSISTANT Jobs in Jacksonville, FL at PQH Group AA
We are looking for a reliable Administrative Support Specialist to complete our team. They will undertake various administrative tasks consisting of both daily and as-needed or requested duties. These duties include but are not limited to answering and placing phone calls; email; scheduling technician appointments; paperwork processing; assisting customers, technicians and managers; and light bookkeeping.
The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently with little supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner while also possessing the ability to work as part of a team. They will be self-motivated, trustworthy, honest and promote smooth running of the front office. Candidate must be available to work full-time Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. We are a non-smoking company to include vaping. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and a drug screening test.
Responsibilities
Self-regulated time management to complete assigned duties in a timely fashion and in compliance with company procedures and policies.
Manage phone calls and correspondence including emails and letters.
Create and update records and databases with customer information and other data.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Project and task management as assigned.
Skills
Knowledge of the Palm Coast area is a big plus.
Positive attitude even while handing stressful situations and during busy moments.
Proven experience in a relevant front office role.
Ability to retain information to carry out tasks.
Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Maintain professionalism through written and oral correspondence.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to concentrate on the task at hand.
Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and computer skills. Training will be provided on our software.
Ability to navigate multiple deadlines.
Qualifications in prior office, phone handling and minor collections will be an advantage.
Possession of a high school diploma.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
