Marketing Coordinator Jobs in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia at Siemens
Title: Marketing Coordinator
Company: Siemens
Location: Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia
Company Overview
We are a leading global software company dedicated to the world of computer aided design, 3D modeling and simulation— helping innovative global manufacturers design better products, faster! With the resources of a large company, and the energy of a software start-up, we have fun together while creating a world class software portfolio. Our culture encourages creativity, welcomes fresh thinking, and focuses on growth, so our people, our business, and our customers can achieve their full potential.
Position Overview
You will be joining a lean, fast-moving marketing team at Capital X Panel Designer, within Siemens Digital Industries Software. We build and market a fully cloud-native electrical CAD software used by electrical and panel design engineers worldwide.
This is not an entry-level role in name only. You will own real deliverables from day one: digital campaign content, website content, email marketing, social media execution, and performance tracking. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, designers, collaborate across operations and technical teams, and have direct exposure to how a B2B SaaS product goes to market in a global technology company.
If you are someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership early, and build a well-rounded marketing career grounded in real industry experience — this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other platforms, aligned to campaign calendars and brand voice
- Assist with email marketing builds, including copywriting, HTML formatting in our email platform, and deployment
- Coordinate blog content production: drafting, editing, publishing, and SEO handoff to our agency
- Coordinate with the SEO agency on website recommendations, reviewing suggested adjustments and working with the relevant teams to implement them
- Pull and consolidate performance data from paid channels into monthly reporting templates
- Maintain and update website banners and landing pages in coordination with the Ops team
- Support digital and partner communications, including newsletters and enablement materials
- Plan, align, and create timelines for campaigns, including monthly social media and seasonal sales campaigns
- Create and execute seasonal campaigns including retargeting and global sales campaigns
Qualifications
Required:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written English with an eye for clear, purposeful copy — no fluff, no vague filler
- Comfortable with digital tools and willing to pick up new platforms quickly
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks without losing track of details
- Curious about technology and B2B industries — you do not need to be an engineer, but an interest in the space helps
- A collaborative team player who communicates proactively and follows through
- Strong ownership in seeing the completion of work from end-to-end
Preferred:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing or digital content role
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CMS tools, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Understanding of audience behavior on LinkedIn
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Exposure to performance reporting or Google Ads, even at a basic level
- B2B marketing exposure
