Actively
seeking a Marketing & Events Assistant for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position. The position requires that the candidate have at least 1-2+ years of Business Development, Events, and Marketing experience in a Professional Services or Law Firm to be considered.
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Washington, DC
PAY: $55 – $65K (Commensurate w/Overall Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
1-2+ yrs of BD, Marketing, and Events Experience REQUIRED
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior Experience in Canva & Adobe Suite PREFERRED
Prior Experience Utilizing CRM Systems REQUIRED
Experience Utilizing Email Marketing Systems REQUIRED;
Experience w/Vuture a PLUS
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Research event venues and vendors.
Create event invitations and track and correspond with attendees.
Assist lawyers with speaker preparation and produce event collateral, including Power Points and handouts, at the direction of lawyers and the Marketing Events Coordinator/Specialist.
Provide day-of event support, which requires periodic travel.
Select and maintain the firm’s inventory of promotional items.
Other duties as assigned.
