Role Description
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns tailored to the Southeast Asian market, both online and offline.
- Manage Girbau SEA’s social media presence—create content, schedule posts, and track engagement to grow our audience.
- Coordinate trade shows, product demonstrations, and customer events across the region.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies that reflect Girbau’s brand and values.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and invoice processing for marketing activities.
- Maintain and update customer databases, CRM entries, and mailing lists.
- Liaise with the global Girbau marketing team to align regional activities with global strategies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, administration, or a similar hybrid role—experience in B2B or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional Southeast Asian language is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- A creative mindset with a strong sense of organisation and attention to detail.
