Requirements:
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Experience with Outlook Calendar or similar scheduling software
– Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
– Strong typing and proofreading skills
– Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
– Knowledge of proper phone etiquette
