The Fairfield Marriott Medford Long Island is currently hiringFull Time FrontDesk Associates. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for promoting hospitality at all times by welcoming guests in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner.

Job function to provide a positive overall Guest experience for our Hotel Guests.

Responsibilities include:

-Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times. Promptly and effectively deal with guest complaints and requests.

-Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.

– Make, confirm and cancel reservations for guests.

-Follow all Company and enforce all Marriott policies

-Greet and assist all guests in a friendly and warm manner.

-Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.

To assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all Guest Service-related functions and to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.

Other responsibilities as needed. Customer Service Experience a must. Previous Fosse Experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $17.50 per hour
