Job Description

The  officeof the MD and regional Manger requires support in managingstrategic parts of itsoperations:

Actas the point of contact between the manager and internal/externalclients

Screen and direct phonecalls and distributecorrespondence

Handle requests andqueries appropriately

Support allapplications managed by the regionalmanager

Arrange medical appointmentsand Migration appointments

Manage

Financial Records Manage diary and schedulemeetings and appointments

Maketravel arrangements

Take dictationand minutes

Source officesupplies

Produce reports,presentations and briefs

Devise andmaintain office filingsystem

Duties

Producea variety of documents, using MS Office, ensuring that they areproofed and presented to a highest standards and to deadline

Confidently make executive decisions, relating to the office of the Delegate work as Manage, prioritizeand respond to all e-mails on behalf of the MD Provide quality andtimely administrative support to the Maintain and coordinate aneffective calendar and filing system, ensuring the MD s competingdemands are effectively Maintain ahigh level of awareness of matters coming into and out of the MD soffice to effectively respond to enquires and exercise soundjudgement on the manner of Proactively manage correspondence,both emails and letters This includes preparation of responses andbriefing notes as required, keeping the MDRequirements

Requirements

OND/ HND/BSC/MSC Graduates Candidateswith previous experience as a personal assistant will be highly

Candidates should possess 0 – 3years work Strong speaking andwriting skill
