Position Requirements:
High school or equivalent 5 years administrative secretarial experience
OR
Associates degree and 3~4 years administrative secretarial experience

Typing 60+ words per minute preferred
Extensive knowledge of several software applications is preferred
Ability to create spread~sheets manipulate data preferred
Ability to work independently

Purpose:
To perform diversified administrative and secretarial duties using independent judgment and action.

Accountabilities:
Performance of diversified administrative and secretarial work in support of the department
Preparation and dissemination of correspondence
Maintenance of department files.
