Key Responsibilities
• Assist with Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing processes
• Review claims and help resolve billing discrepancies
• Follow up on outstanding balances and documentation requests
• Maintain accurate billing records and account information
• Work closely with Business Office and Admissions teams
• Support daily billing and collections operations
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and claim submission
Qualifications
• Prior medical billing experience preferred
• Healthcare or Skilled Nursing Facility experience a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic understanding of insurance billing and reimbursement processes
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
