We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to serve as one of our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Join our staff and work in a fun, family friendly environment. Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about sites, cabins, rates and amenities along with ringing up customer sales in our camp store If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hospitality industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. We are open seasonally from April through October.

Responsibilities

Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with our housekeeping and outside staff to ensure all campsites and cabins are clean and tidy to accommodate guests’ needs.
Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
Help in snack kitchen as needed
Ring up store purchases
Stocking and organizing camp store
Keeping work area clean

Skills

Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role not required but would be helpful
Customer service attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.45 – $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
