Key Responsibilities:

• Provide reception services, including call handling and patient registration

• Perform administrative tasks like preparing reports and maintaining databases

• Update and manage electronic client records efficiently

Requirements:

• Grade 12 and Medical Office Assistant diploma

• One year of clerical experience or equivalent

• Effective communication skills in English

• Ability to handle conflicts and organize tasks effectively

• Working knowledge of computer systems and office practices
