FRONT OFFICE POSITION
Check in patients, eligibility and benefits, insurance verification, must understand insurance breakdown including co-insurance, deductible, copay, expert use of electronic health records, able to multitask, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to handle high call volume, communicate with billing and preauthorization departments.
