Clarity Partners is seeking an Order Entry Specialist local to Chicago, IL for a client of ours. Seeking candidates flexible to work in a hybrid setting as needed.
Responsibilities:
Validate lease/sales documentation is complete and policy compliant.
Accurately enter lease/sales data into appropriate system in timely matter.
Enter new sales leads into Salesforce and assign to appropriate rep utilizing territory mapping.
Route opportunities for expansion/upselling to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Manage incoming calls from customer accounts with questions or sales requests.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Assist with preparation of sales orders and installation requests.
Work with the Installation Supervisor on needed documentation/photos to ensure timely delivery/installation of equipment.
Keep records of customer interactions in Salesforce or ESC, when applicable.
Provide administrative support to assigned Sales Reps.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
Development of product/industry knowledge.
Requirements:
2-5 years progressive experience in an Order Entry, Data Entry or Sales Support role
Attention to detail, precision, and organization.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and customer orientations skills to adapt/respond to different situations and personalities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Regular and reliable attendance.
