Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring the administrative completeness and accuracy of all enlistment documents, assistance coordinating shipping dates for new recruits, and timely response to administrative issues from the time of enlistment through transition to their Army National Guard Unit. This program includes positions at an estimated 280 RSP sites throughout the 50 states, three territories and the District of Columbia.
Job Description
Provide input to required reports and attend meetings as required.
Coordinated with Government officials on the accuracy and completeness of Shipper Packets
Complete Shipper Packets and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Use the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) to monitor Soldier activity.
Maintain the Vulcan application and perform daily input/reporting actions.
Address “Trouble Tickets” in using Vulcan.
Provide Soldiers with administrative, medical, educational, and other topic information as needed.
Assist in training seat management and trend analysis.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 to 2 years of experience working with the ATRRS.
1 to 2 years of experience working with the Vulcan Application
Meet installation and facility access control requirements and a favorable National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI) Investigation
Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Department of Defense Recruiting and Retention Programs
Experience working as a military Administrative Specialist
