Office Admin Assistant
We are a painting, remodeling company. We are looking for an admin assistant to join our company to help you on our daily projects, who is a self starter, can work with the deadlines and detail orientated.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
Typing 75 WPM
Must speak proficient English
Excellent writing and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and take messages
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings in calendar
Communicate/follow-up with clients via email or phone
Generate initial estimate or invoice and follow up on proposal requests.
Meeting with clients and take videos of the apt (if needed)
Order supplies
Understand how to proritize daily tasks
Communicate to subcontractors and suppliers about the projects
Communicate with the Project Manager and the workers to get an update on the projects.
Prepare scope of work based on the each project
Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining client change orders and update the workers.
Update the management at the end of the day about the projects
Provide general administrative assistance and backup to where needed
Commute to the city and proficient knowledge of transit routes

*Construction background preferred, but not required

*Pay is $18 and above depending on the experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
