Our rapidly expanding company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to fill an immediate opening in our Atlanta branch office.

Job Requirements:

Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of six months related work experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work cooperatively with others at all levels in the organization
Strong oral and written communication skills
Reliable transportation to and from work
A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters.
Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
Conduct searches to find needed information, using a variety of sources.
Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information.
Perform customer service duties as requested to support client’s needs.
Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.
Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
Support the Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Branch Management teams as needed.
