at Red Bank Gastroenterology in Red Bank New Jersey
The
Medical Receptionist
Responsibilities are:
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments both in person and over the phone
Processing patient paperwork, scanning documents, accepting co-payments, faxing reports, etc.
Providing assistance to physicians by scheduling patients and managing their schedules
Greeting patients who arrive for their appointments
Answering phones and taking messages
This position requires a positive approach, ability to multi-task, flexibility and a keen understanding of policies and procedures.
The Medical Receptionist must have the following qualifications and experience:
High School graduate or GED,
some college or equivalent job experience.
