Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry Operator / Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data, assisting customers with inquiries and bookings, and providing support to ensure a seamless transportation experience.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Enter customer information, bookings, and other relevant data into our database accurately and efficiently.
Update and maintain customer records, shipment details, and scheduling information as required.
Verify the accuracy of data entered and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Customer Service:
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist customers with booking transportation services, providing information on routes, schedules, and pricing.
Address customer questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and customer interactions.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.45 – $26.30 per hour
