We’re looking for a professional, wellspoken, highly energetic, customer service-based person who can managing handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, schedule patients both from existing lists and from leeds coming from marketing.This person would also be given an opportunity to educate people on the services we offer for commission opportunities on top of their hourly wage.
-Bilingual in Spanish is a must
You would also be responsible to:
– Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Schedule and confirm patient appointments
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
