Job Description

Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments

Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

Find and contact customer to ask about their overdue payments

Take actions to encourage timely debt payments

Process payments and refunds

Resolve billing and customer credit issues

Report on collection activity

Handle questions or complaints

Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutionsand/or alternatives
