JOB SUMMARY As the Membership Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless delivery of member benefits, maintain a full schedule of Clean and Checks for HVAC systems, and provide regular reports to leadership. Your role will involve effective communication with tradeline managers, smart AC management, and contributing to the future development of the membership program. Above all, you will ensure our members receive a 7-star experience!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Smart AC management
Knowledgeable of all company policies and guarantees
Ensure our member benefit obligations are being satisfied
Keep HVAC schedule full with Clean and Checks during shoulder seasons
Weekly & Monthly reporting of memberships to leadership
Communication with tradeline managers regarding memberships
Help build out the future of this role
Ensures members are getting a 7-star experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities

Basic Google Sheets knowledge
