Key Responsibilities:
- Perform triage, investigation, and resolution of incidents related to middleware and data center components, escalating to L3 support when necessary while ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Administer IBM WebSphere Application Server, including managing cells, nodes, and servers, handling deployments, analyzing thread dumps, resolving classloader conflicts, and tuning JVM settings.
- Oversee IBM MQ operations by monitoring queue managers, queues, channels, listeners, and logs, and addressing issues such as queue depth concerns, dead letter queue handling, and channel problems.
- Manage Oracle WebLogic domains and clusters, including configuration and tuning of JDBC/JMS, patch management, and validation of high-availability failover scenarios.
- Support Oracle Service Bus by troubleshooting proxy and business services, routing and transformation processes, and enforcing security policies.
- Execute approved changes (RFCs), coordinate inputs for Change Advisory Board (CAB), perform deployments and rollbacks, and ensure configuration records are updated in the CMDB.
