Role Overview:
As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and providing crucial support to various departments. Your linguistic prowess will be invaluable as you bridge language gaps and facilitate seamless communication between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for basic accounting tasks.
