Job Description
of a Minute Taker / Administrator
Taking rough notes during the meetings that accurately reflect the decisions and discussion that took place.
Writing up these notes neatly or typing them out in an agreed format.
Copying and distributing them to relevant people.
Keeping all minutes together in a file for future reference.
Provide admin support to staff
Deal with all queries via email and telephone
Organise and ensure all data is up to date
Perform other clerical tasks to ensure smooth running of office
