We’re working withan exciting mortgage broker seeking a highly organised, detail‑driven Mortgage Case Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing mortgage applications from submission through to completion, ensuring an exceptional client experience and efficient processing. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, lenders, and third parties, providing updates, gathering documentation, and resolving queries to ensure applications progress smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of mortgage applications from submission to offer and completion.
- Work closely with mortgage advisers to ensure cases are packaged correctly.
- Communicate with lenders to track progress, request updates, and escalated issues where required.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems with case notes and progress.
- Prepare documents, review lender requirements, and process any additional administrative tasks.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy caseload.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
