Hours / Work Pattern:

  • Full-time – 12 month contractor role
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate event demands, including weekends and travel

Location: Strong preference to be able to work from Uxbridge Head Office 2-3 days per week

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic Motorsport Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities include planning and executing event logistics, liaising with teams and partners and maintaining brand presence and execution across activities
  • Assist in maintaining & delivering the most credible programme Motorsports programs for our partners and fans
  • Strong organisational skills and able to represent the Monster Energy brand confidently in the motorsport community
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Approximate focus/split: 60% 4 Wheel Motorsport / 30% 2 Wheel Off Road Racing / 10% General Motorsport support
  • Support on athlete programs, series, events and projects
  • Drive collaboration across the marketing team and wider company
  • Facilitate timely communication flows around motorsport leverage
  • Ensure relevant motorsport admin processes are timely and efficient
  • Affinity to the Monster brand with a passion for car culture and motorsport

Key Responsibilities

  • Support 4 Wheel and 2 Wheel Off Road Motorsport strategies across EMEAO
  • Project planning for key activations, collaborating with wider marketing and proactively engaging local markets in opportunities
  • Project management ensuring 4 wheel/2 Wheel Off Road athletes are regularly leveraged and projects/events maximised across the company
  • Support on internal project requests across marketing and commercial teams
  • Ensure athlete roster basics are maintained, covering products/apparel, event schedules and key plans for the upcoming 3-6 months
  • Further develop and support network of key motorsport scene partners across EMEAO key markets
  • Motorsport budget planning and tracking
  • Attend events as Monster representative, supporting athletes and partners as required and identifying sampling opportunities
  • Ensure athletes and events are correctly branded
  • Relationship building with current partners and up-and-coming talent

Skills and Experience

  • Min 3 years within the motorsport industry or relevant brand(s)
  • Proven record of success in above
  • Personable with strong relationship building skills
  • Highly organised and diligent
  • Able to operate independently but also as part of a team
