Position: OTR Company Driver

Extended Road Time: Stay on the road for at least 3 weeks, exploring the Midwest, South, and Eastside.
Competitive Pay – Earn an impressive 65/70 cents per mile, with bonuses for exceptional performance.
Consistent Miles – Guaranteed minimum of 3500 miles per week, ensuring a steady flow of work.
Top-Notch Equipment: Drive our well-maintained Freightliner Cascadia 2021 equipped with APU, fridge, and inverter for your comfort.
Safe Speeds: Trucks governed at 75mph to prioritize safety on the road.
Dry Van Hauling: Transport goods with ease using our reliable dry van trailers.
Performance Bonuses:
Receive bonuses for outstanding performance, with a $500 bonus after staying on the road for 5 weeks.
Driver Deductions and Policy:
Escrow Deduction: Initial escrow of $2500 deducted in $250 increments from the first 10 checks. Upon leaving the company with 2 weeks’ notice and returning equipment in decent condition, the escrow amount is returned.
Payment Schedule: Get paid every Friday, and we don’t hold checks.
Driver Requirements:
CDL-A License: Hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License.
Availability: Commit to a minimum of 3 weeks on the road.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of OTR experience.
Driving Record: No more than 3 moving violations in the past 2 years.
Performance-Driven: Strive for excellence and earn additional bonuses for exceptional performance.
