We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
Maintain calendars for scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Utilize Google Suite effectively for various tasks including document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in customer support or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Teams, Mailchimp and Squarespace
Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
