About The Role
Manage medical process and other admin process (refund, policy contract and CPF)
Responsibilities
Onboard of panel of medical doctors for insurance examination; handle enquiries from internal staff and clinic; manage feedback on service delivery.
Mange the payment and reimbursement process for medical examination (ME) including offshore medical provider.
Handle requests for attending physician statements (APS) including billing and follow up on completion.
Handle administrative matters relating to digital medical examination.
Handle contract fix it and policy contract listing daily; ad hoc request for hardcopy contracts.
Handle refund of premium.
Handle CPF OA, SA, SRS application.
Manage projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisors
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration / Banking and Finance
Competency in PowerPoint and Excel skills
Good attention to details
