As the Part-Time Office Coordinator/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and managing the front desk operations. Your role will be critical in ensuring the efficient flow of office activities and delivering outstanding customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages or providing information as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Handle inquiries and requests from clients and employees.
Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and employee gatherings.
Collaborate with different departments to facilitate office communication and provide support when necessary.
Keep track of office inventory and order supplies as needed.
Maintain and update company records, contact lists, and directories.
Prepare and update office reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required.
Previous experience as a receptionist, office coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Customer service-oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Attention to detail and a strong ability to multitask.
Knowledge of office equipment operation, such as printers and photocopiers.
