Night Auditor/Front Desk/Beakfast Jobs in Great Falls, MT at The Gibson Hotel – Great Falls
We are looking for an energetic team player for our chiropractic office. This is a part time job. You can choose to either work 3 or 4 mornings per week or 3 afternoons per week. The morning shift is approximately 5.25 hours per day from 7:15am to 12:30pm. The afternoon shift is approximately 4 hours per day from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Primary job responsibilities include: patient check in and check out, collecting payments, making appointments, calling missed appointments, answering the phone, generating weekly and monthly statistics, setting up new patients in the computer system and various other front desk duties. Job benefits includes, bonuses, employee discounts on products, and chiropractic care at no charge. Knowlege of and experience with medical insurance is a huge plus.There may possibly be opportunities for additional hours or even full time employement with additional benefits in the future. Knowledge of chiropractic care is a plus but not required. Chiropractic assistant certification and/or Xray certification are both a plus but not a requirement. . Spanish speaking is a plus. Ideal Qualifications
– Medical administrative support and patient service experience
– Proficiency in medical office tasks and front desk operations
– Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
– Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and maintain patient records

Pay: $17.50 – $19.50 per hour
