KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 
Conduct lead outreach activities, including emails, phone calls, and text messages to potential customers and/or referral partners via our communication platforms
Use a pre-determined process and script to schedule sales appointments for our home exterior sales specialists. 
Maintain organization and hygiene of the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information. 
Track and analyze company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to management. 
Track and analyze job costs 
Engage in proactive follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction, walk clients through issues, and identify potential opportunities for additional services. 
Accounts Payable management so our bills get paid on time
Vendor relationship management so our strategic partners get the attention they deserve
Some Marketing responsibilities, including management of direct-mail campaigns, flyers, and other marketing materials, coordinating with the marketing team as needed. 
Perform general office management duties, including filing, office and data organization, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. 
Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned by Management Team or ownership
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. 
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is highly desirable. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems. 
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and adapt.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
