Position Summary: The Seasonal Administrative/Support Assistant adds value to BAPI and assigned Department(s) by assisting with various tasks specific to the department to help maintain smoother operations and possibly support across multiple departments. This position is not an Internship but for someone to bring the skills/knowledge needed to provide support.
Principle Responsibilities:
Specific duties will vary based on assigned department:
Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Data entry and database maintenance with a high level of accuracy.
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
Support logistics for seasonal projects, including preparing materials and coordinating with vendors or team members.
Perform other clerical tasks and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Education Requirements (R/Required, P/Preferred):
(P) High School Diploma or GED
General Experiences/Knowledge/Skills:
Quick learner, adapts easily to new environments and processes
Previous administrative or clerical experience is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Dependable, punctual, and professional in demeanor.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional communication skills demonstrated ability to communicate respectfully, culturally competent and collaboratively
Excellent Ability to communicate in verbal, written and electronic forms in a professional manner
