JOB SUMMARY:The Night Data Entry Specialist will play a vital role in our ability to provide our customers with an exceptional customer experience while balancing efficient and smooth internal operations. If you enjoy being the point person responsible for facilitating workflow, communicating with internal and external contacts, resolving issues effectively and efficiently, can handle multi-tasking, and have a get-it-done attitude, then this may be the opportunity you are looking for.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Build relationships with customers through regular interactions via email
Communicate in a clear, concise, and timely manner to customers and supervisors via email regarding general order information, delivery issues, product information, and credits.
Enter customer orders accurately, provide timely answers to customer inquiries.
Monitor email box and voicemail throughout the evening
General data entry related to basic accounting functions and operating reports.
Proven ability to work within and across departments to effectively solve problems with little or no supervision
Scheduled hours 9 pm – 5:30 am

QUALIFICATIONS:
A strong work ethic, outstanding reliability, and a great attitude
Must have the ability to multi-task and to work well alone or within a team environment
Interest and knowledge of food and produce is a plus
Detail-oriented, organized and takes pride in a job well done
High proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
Monday-Saturday availability
