Fulton Commons Care Center is immediately hiring an
Night Shift Receptionist
Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Full-time, Monday – Friday, 5:00PM – 1:00AM
East Meadow, NY
Receptionist Duties Include:
Acts as the face of our facility and greets visitors at the front desk!
Operates a console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls.
Directs everyone who enters approriately.
Provides exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner
Overall management of the lobby area
Addresses the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families
Provides support to the sales/marketing and business office teams
Represents community to visitors and callers in a professional, pleasant and courteous manner.
Ensures all questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person(s.)
