Initial Contract Period: 3 months

Key Responsibility:

1. Operational Governance & Leadership: Oversee NOC FO(24*7) & BO(Normal Working hours plus 24*7 emergency support)operations, ensuring robust shift handover and continuous monitoring.

2. SLA/KPI Accountability: Accountable for meeting contractual Service Level Agreement(SLA) and Key Performance Index(KPI), e.g. network availability and MTTR.

3. End-to-End Coordination: Synchronize workflows between Customer, NOC FO/BO, Field Level Maintenance (FLM), NPO, L3, third party and other relevant team.

4. OSS & CEM Tool: Responsible for guiding the team in tool usage, configuration adjustments, and implementation of our OSS & CEM tools.

5. Stakeholder Reporting: Regular reports to both internal management and the customer.

6. Process Improvement: Refinement of existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all NOC processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Work attitude: Proactive, responsible, prepared to be 24*7 on stand-by for remote emergency handling outside of normal working hours. Accountable for customer commitment and project results.

2. NOC Management: Proven experience as a NOC Supervisor or Manager within a Telecommunications Operator or a large-scale Enterprise environment is mandatory.

3. Technical Domain Expertise: Technical understanding of at least one technology, RAN or CN is preferred.

4. Managed Services Background: Experience working in a Managed Services (MS) environment, understanding the balance between vendor delivery and operator expectations.

5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear executive summaries.

6. Problem Solving: A hands-on approach to troubleshooting and the ability to remain calm under pressure during critical network outages.

7. ZTE Expertise: Understanding of ZTE product portfolio will be a plus.

Education and Certifications:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree(NQF Level 7) in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university is mandatory.

2. Professional Certifications: ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) is strongly preferred.

3. PMP is strongly preferred.

4. Technical certifications in 5G, Routing/Switching (CCNA/HCIA), or specific vendor equipment (Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson) are a plus.
