Licensed Nursing Home Administrator – LNHA (Local & Travel) – Admin LTC ($70/hr Local | Up to $3200/Week Travel | Auto Offer)
Location Available: Orono, ME 04473
Job Type: 13-Week Contract (Extension Possible)
Facility: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Shift: 08-Hour Days 7am – 3.30pm (Overtime available)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Start Date: ASAP (Within 2 Weeks)
Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Active ME – LNHA License
- Minimum 1 year of recent LNHA/Administrator experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Acute Care
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of nursing home operations, including resident care, staff management, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents with diverse needs such as Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, memory care, and developmental disabilities.
- Supervise nursing staff and care teams to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with best practices in senior and assisted living care.
Bonus & Benefits + Salary Travel Candidates (W2)
- For Travelers/Stipend:
- Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $75.00
- Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $3,000.00
- Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $45.00
- Hourly Stipend: $30.00
- Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,800.00
- Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,200.00
or Travelers 1099 – $80/hourly ($3200/weekly)
Local Candidates (W2) – $70/hour
or 1099 – $75/hour
