You are primarily responsible for collecting and filing work packages for crews including one call tickets, traffic control plans, and permits for the job sites. They will work heavily in Service Titan, making corrections to time and work alongside the area manager in the Denver location. They will undertake administrative tasks, meet with utility contractors, and provide field data support to clients to ensure the work is completed efficiently. This would include going to visit work sites to white mark and verify that utilities have been marked.
The Office Administrator also assists the Director of Municipal and Utility division by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
